We all go through a phase where we are overweight or perceived by our peers to be fat as compared to their slim figure. Being fat or overweight doesn't mean its an end of the world. You are still the Princess you fancy of. Get the confidence back with these few tips.

1. BE COMFORTABLE IN YOUR OWN SKIN

Be comfortable in your Own Skin

The first thing that can make you feel awesome is the fact that you accept the way you are. If you are overweight or fat, so what.. Its no big deal. You should be comfortable the way you are. You are perfect. The more you consider yourself to be overweight, the more you will lack confidence in yourself. Boost that confidence. Feel the beauty within you and you will glow with radiance.

Don't let negative thoughts seep into you. Listen to good and positive views only. Stay away from people who are negative and always say bad things to you about your physique. Be Comfortable Yet Fashionable

Overweight or being on the heavy side doesn't means that we can't be fashionable or try out different trends. You can try everything.. Only secret you have to keep in mind that BE YOURSELF. Don't try and wear anything that doesn't suit your personality or which makes you uncomfortable. Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable inside as well as outside. You don't need to copy or be like someone else. You have your own individuality and by keeping that in your mind, you can look Amazing.

4. NEVER RESTRICT YOURSELF

Never Restrict Yourself

Do whatever you want to, eat whatever you want, wear whatever you want.. Live your life to the fullest. Just because you are overweight, doesn't restrict you from doing what we love. Love Ice Cream, have it.. Don't restrict. You are the best judge of what is right for you and what is wrong. Don't let other people influence you. Be Happy Live Happy..

We often have days which turns out to be pretty bad for us, as we are in a bad mood and we tend to sulk into that environment very easily. We, then automatically start wishing for the day to end and start a new day. What we tend to forget is that we have full control over our mood and our life.
Here, are 3 things you can do to change your day. 

1. SNAP OUT OF IT

KEEP CALM AND SNAP OUT OF IT

Forget the moment you felt bad or experienced something bad and SNAP OUT. We have a switch on and off button in our brain. if we keep on thinking about the bad things that we experienced, then we are creating a loop for us of other bad things that might happen. Rather, sulk for a minutes and move on with your happy life. Happiness and Sadness both resides in us. Its on us what we choose.

2. NEVER HOLD ON TO GRUDGES



Never keep anger or frustration build up inside you. LET IT GO. If you keep it inside, it is going to do more harm to you than good. Let it out by any means which you are comfortable in and it will make you happy.


3. INDULGE YOURSELF in Something you love


INDULGE YOURSELF IN SOMETHING GOOD

Indulge or Treat yourself on or with something that you like. Indulging yourself into what you love, help you to change your mind from the bad scenario to the indulgence in front of you. I love to go shopping when I have a bad mood. Immediately, I come out of the things that was bothering me. You can do similar to be Happy.
